Sonic Worlds End User License Agreement

This EULA is a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between yourself (the Licensee) and Yarron Katz T/a “Sonic Worlds” (the Licensor).


By purchasing Sound Libraries from the Licensor, you agree that you have read and agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.


These license terms apply to any sound effects and/or sound effect libraries (Sounds) purchased from Licensor.


If Licensee does not fully agree to the terms of this EULA, Licensee may not use, copy, keep or store the Sounds.


Grant of License

In consideration for the purchase of Sounds from the Licensor, Licensor grants to Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the Sounds in perpetuity in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.


Rights Granted

The license granted in this Agreement allows Licensee to:

  1. Use the Sounds for the purposes of synchronization with audio and visual projects the Licensee is involved with, which includes but is not limited to: games, films and television. Non-synchronized use of the Sounds in a game is permitted for implementation of sounds in a game engine.

  2. Use the Sounds on an unlimited number of projects for the duration of Licensees life time.

  3. Use the Sounds for personal and commercial projects without attribution to the original creator.

  4. Re-record mix (i.e: Mix within other sounds), edit, duplicate and release the Sounds as part of Licensee’s or Licensee’s clients’ production in whatever medium Licensee chooses.

  5. Distribute and publicly perform a reproduction of the Sounds over any form of public or private medium as long as they are synchronized within Licensee’s Project.

  6. Transfer the Sounds to one local hard drive and make one additional backup copy for personal use. This license does not allow you to upload the Sounds to a network-drive, server or make copies available to other unlicensed users.


  1. The rights under this license are limited and granted to a single user and do not extend to a company.

  2. Licensee may not transfer, assign, share or sub-lease the Sounds with any other party.

  3. Licensee may not modify any of the Sounds with intent to claim authorship.

  4. Licensee must be the sole editor, otherwise a multi-user license will be required.

  5. Only Licensee is permitted to use the Sounds. Although Licensee may transfer Sounds for implementation into a game engine as part of a specific project, this does not allocate any rights to any other parties.

  6. The Sounds may not be embedded in any hardware circuit or chip set without an additional license agreement with the Licensor.

  7. The Sounds cannot be sold or distributed as a ring tone or ringback without an additional license agreement with the Licensor.


Warranty and Indemnity

Licensor warrants, represents and acknowledges that: (i) it owns and/or has secured all necessary rights related to the Sounds and (ii) Licensee’s use of the Sounds as contemplated by this Agreement shall not violate any patent, copyright, trademark or any other rights of any person or entity whether statutory, contractual, common law or otherwise. Licensor agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless licensee, against any third-party claim, demand, action, suit, loss, liability, damage or expense resulting from a breach or alleged breach of the foregoing representations and warranties.


Copyright of the Sounds are owned by the Licensor. Licensee may only use the Sounds as outlined by this Agreement and has no right to claim ownership or authorship of the Sounds.



Licensee may not lend, share, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, assign, sublease or otherwise transfer the Sounds to any other party except as necessary for the use of the Sounds in a Project.


The Licensee’s right to use any of the Sounds from Licensor will automatically terminate in the event of any breach by Licensee of the terms of this Agreement. In the event of termination, the Licensee shall delete or destroy all copies of the Sounds which the Licensee has produced. Any continued use of the Sounds by Licensee shall constitute an intentional infringement of the Sounds copyrights. The Licensor hereby reserves all rights to legal and financial remedies and relief.



Licensor shall not be liable for any loss of business or business profits, business interruption, or any other form of direct or indirect loss resulting directly or indirectly from the use of any of the Sounds.


Governing law

In interpreting the terms of this Agreement, the parties agree that the laws of the State of Israel shall be applicable. All suits permitted to be brought in any court shall be in Israel.
